Looking back, this was the oxygen that gave the business a reason to exist, and it’s why the coworking space still thrives today (#proud).
So, I’d love to share with you why it’s important, the bumpy start, the ultimate results, and why this should be the heart of your business.

Imagine your business as a lively party and your customers as the best friends setting the atmosphere. That’s what a community can do. Customers aren’t just buyers; they are people who connect with what you do. And that connection can have a tremendously positive impact.

Customers also form the core of your community. They are like that friend who is always honest with you, telling you what you need to hear, even if you don’t like it. By building a community, you’re establishing a human connection. It’s not just about transactions; it’s about genuine relationships. And let’s be honest, emotional engagement is the spice of every business.

These connections evolve into valuable friendships. Just like the quote says, “Friendship is the most necessary unnecessary thing in the world.” It might not be as vital as water, but it adds tremendous value to your life, and the same goes for your business.

Shame accompanies success, even if you don’t have many people at the start. Just keep going, and it will grow.
Once you start growing, it’s crucial to remember what it’s really about. It’s not just about you; it’s about the people in the community. Think about that time you did something together with your family or friends; it wasn’t about individuals but the dynamics of the group. That’s what you want in your community: a healthy vibe where everyone supports each other.
